Very much appreciate these upstanding young men for visiting the Valley yesterday evening!One of the best messages DeMolay has is the Ceremony of Light. It is not only impressive to the new initiate, but it also teaches the lessons of our Order. The address is authorized to be given at the special occasions such as installations or degrees. On Tuesday January 14th, 2020 Michigan DeMolay had the privilege of performing this ceremony to the officers and member of the Valley of Detroit Ancient AASR. The State Master Councilor and other officers of Michigan DeMolay were present along with the Jr. Past State Master Councilor. 2020 College Scholarships Available

It is time again to apply for the Scottish Rite College Scholarships. Each year the Valley of Detroit provides thousands of dollars to deserving college students from all over our jurisdiction.   The scholarships are awarded to Masonic affiliated applicants and are based on academic achievement, participation in worthwhile activities, financial need, and/or self-help.  Minimum requirements are GPA 3.0, ACT 22, SAT 1030.   In addition, the scholarships are available for not only entering freshmen, but also students you have already started their undergraduate studies. If you know of any deserving student who could benefit from these scholarships, please encourage them to contact the Valley Office. The deadline for all applications is February 28, 2020 and the student must request an application by e-mail to:
